The images on this web site do not represent the actual size of the item. All sizes given are approximate. We have made every effort to display the items accurately however we are aware that colours and images can vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.
Payment/Delivery
Payments are processed through PAYPAL this is secure. Once an order has been placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. Prior to despatch we will send you a despatch confirmation by email.
Orders can be placed via the internet or by post, cheques are accepted please make payable to j compton. Goods will be despatched upon the receipt of cleared funds. All orders are despatched by royal mail recorded delivery. Postage is included in our prices, the price you see is the price you pay. We expect to deliver within 7 working days.
International Deliveries
We deliver to all Eu Countries for an additional cost of £5.00 please add this at check out, we will not be able to deliver until we have received this extra amount.
Returns/cancellations
We believe our goods to be of the highest quality but if you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return the goods within 7 days for a full refund. If payment was received via paypal the refund will be made via paypal, if the payment was received by cheque then the refund will be made via a cheque. Your refund will be made within 30 days. In the interest of health and hygiene we cannot accept earrings back under any circumstances.
1) These goods must be returned with their original presentation boxes.
2) The jewellery must not have been worn or damaged in any way.
3) No refund will be given if goods are damaged in any way. If the goods are still in their original condition then a full refund will be given as stated above.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
We check every item of jewellery prior to its despatch but should you find the jewellery to faulty on receipt then we will happily exchange them.
Out of stock items
Goods advertised may from time to time be out of stock, should this be the case you will be notified at the time of order and goods will be delivered within 30 days, you will however be given the option to cancel and receive an instant refund.
Privacy
We may collect some personal information from you concerning your order when you buy a product from us. We only keep details of your name, order and email address. This information is for our records only and used for the purposes of verifying your purchase in case of returns, refund or enquiries from you
We do not pass on or sell your information to third parties unless required by law to do so. Your information is not used for promotional purposes, we will only contact you in response to your communication with us or in direct relation to an order you have placed.
